I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were immaculately clean, and the staff, while they could be a bit more friendly, were very polite and helpful. The location was perfect, right next to the Opera in a safe street with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The dining experience was good, although it could be enhanced with more breakfast options. The facilities were great overall.
